Kindness Abstract Impressions

Hey Everyone, how has your day been? We are starting to warm up here in South Texas and I'm not sure I'm ready! LOL They are talking 90's for next week. What???

It has inspired me to break out some beautiful Spring stamps and colors. Like Yesterday this card uses the Abstract Impressions stamp set and I again paired it with some Soft Sea Foam and Granny Apple Green inks.

I started with a base of Soft Sea Foam cutting it to 8.5 x 5.5 and scored it at 4.25. I took a layer of whisper white and stamped it with the Buffalo Check background stamp and cut it down to 4.25 x 2.75. I placed that on the bottom half of the card base and stamped the top half with flowers and butterfly images in the same two colors. I stamped the sentiment using Granny Apple Green and cut it out with the Layering Circles framelits. I adhered it to the card with some stampin dimensionals. I finished off the card by adding a little bow of white Polka Dot Tulle Ribbon.

Well I'm off today to work on a newer technique called Floating Die Cut Frame. I have been seeing it around a lot on my groups online and thought I will give it a try. I'll take some pictures along the way and share my experience with it tomorrow.

Thank You so much for stopping. Have a great day!

HAPPY STAMPING...CAROL
