Merry Cafe - Hello Fall

Hello and Happy Labor Day to all. Today's card share is a very FALL themed coffee card. I used a number of products here I'll post of list of them all at the end with direct links to where to find them in my online store.

I started out making the coffee cup from the Coffee Cups Framelits dies and Painted Autumn DSP pack. I then grabbed the Vintage leaves stamp set and stamped a trail of leaves down the side with Cajun Craze ink. I then took a scrap of Cajun Craze and Wild Wasabi and cut out the leaf shapes then embossed them with the Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing Folder. I layered those on my base of Very Vanilla cardstock and based in in some Cajun Craze cardstock adding a little bakers twine bow around the cup to finish it off.

I wasn't completely sure I was happy with the look so i did add some coffee beans to the card after I had taken my picture. I them had posted it to my group page to see whether they liked it with the beans or without. It was a mixed result. So I decided to show the without. If you want to see the with then head on over to the group page and check it out. Then let me know what you like best. Facebook Group- Stampin With Carol Read.

So there's today's card... Hope you enjoy this look into it and be sure to stop back in through out the week. I have some fun new products showing up tomorrow out of the New Holiday Catalog so I'm excited to play with those, and Mid Week I have the Broke Stampers Unite Challenge coming up. Always something going on around here. I try my best to get a post up every day. My goal is to inspire you as much as I can, or at least jump start your creativity while trying to keep it short and sweet. (she says while typing out a long paragraph). Thanks for stopping by and staying with me...Have a great Holiday.
