Awesomely Artistic

I wanted to try out something I viewed on a video where the creator put alcohol into an Aqua Painter and used it to watercolor with. I like the way it preforms on the Whisper White cardstock because you don't get the pilling that you can with water. AND....it dries so much faster than using water, so you can get on to stamping quicker. This card was a Bermuda Bay and Old Olive creation. I used the stamp set Awesomely Artistic. Once I swashed in my background color I stamped the flower bunch in Basic Black and coored it in using the Bermuda Bay and Old Olive markers. I stamped the sentiment in Bermuda Bay and the frame in Old Olive. I then cut out the frame with scissors added a dimensional or two to the back as well as some Gold Thread. This card probably took me all of about ten minutes to put together, so here's proof you can bust out a stunning card quickly. It just looks complicated.

Alright I have to get going. I have created mayhem at my house and now need to fix it. Oh the things you can come up with when you are sitting around bored. We decided to do some room swapping which seemed easy enough in theory but engulfed the whole house in the process and we are only half done. I can't stand the chaos of it all so I will be working to get it done TODAY! I have some new arrivals to share soon as well so again I need to get the chaos wrangled in so I have time to stamp. Stay tuned.....!
